“RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PAPER PRESENTATION
1. Submission Guidelines
1. The paper must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
2. The manuscript should follow the prescribed format (IEEE/ACM/APA, etc.).
3. Maximum page limit: 6–10 pages, including references.
4. The document should be submitted in PDF or DOCX format.
5. Plagiarism should not exceed the permissible limit (e.g., below 20%).
2. Presentation Guidelines
1. Each team/individual will have 3-5 minutes for the presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
2. The presentation slides should be clear, concise, and well-structured.
3. Use standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, or Calibri) and maintain a minimum font size of 24 for readability.
4. Speakers must be formal and professional in their delivery.
5. Time management is crucial—exceeding the allotted time may result in penalties.
3. Evaluation Criteria
1. Clarity of Content: Well-defined problem statement, methodology, and conclusion.
2. Innovation & Originality: Novelty of the idea and its real-world relevance.
3. Presentation Skills: Confidence, clarity, and engagement with the audience.
4. Technical Depth: Depth of analysis, research, and implementation.
5. Response to Questions: Ability to handle queries effectively.
4. Code of Conduct
1. Participants must adhere to ethical research practices.
2. Disruptive behavior or inappropriate language will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. All references and citations must be properly acknowledged.
4. No offensive, political, or sensitive content should be included in the presentation.
5. Collaboration and teamwork are encouraged, but plagiarism and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.

5. Award & Recognition
1. Best Paper Award will be given based on overall performance.
2. Special recognition for innovative research and impactful contributions.
3. Selected papers may be considered for journal publication or conference proceedings.
4. All participants will receive certificates of participation.
