Vegetable carving also known as vegetable art or sculpture is a traditional art form, particularly in asia, where vegetables are skillfully manuplulated to create intricate and visually appealing design. This competition creates creativity and visual designs among students.

Do’s
1. Participants must use any vegetable items that is available for carving
2. Total time two hours allowed.
3. Two participants per team.
4. Students must bring their own cutting board and knives.
5. The final product will be assessed on the participants skill which will be based on creativity, uniqueness and arrangement.
Dont’s
6. No pre preparation of vegetables before the competition is allowed.
7. No marks of drawing should be visible on the vegetables.
