The details of the idea presentation are as follows:
Team Composition:
Each team shall consist of 2 to 4 members. Individual participation may be permitted only with prior approval from the event coordinator.

Presentation Format:
•Each team will be allotted 5–7 minutes for presentation.
•An additional 2–3 minutes will be provided for interaction and questions from the judges.
•The presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format (maximum 10 slides).
•The content should include:
•Title of the Idea
•Problem Statement
•Proposed Solution
•Methodology / Implementation Plan
•Expected Outcomes
•Conclusion

Rules and Regulations:
1.All ideas must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
2.Teams must report at the venue at least 30 minutes before their allotted slot.
3.Participants must maintain formal dress code and decorum.
4.The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

Total Slots Available:
A maximum of 20 teams will be permitted to present. Slots will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the slots are filled.

All interested participants are requested to complete their registration within the stipulated time.
