CAR SHOW [ WHEELS n MODS] – RULES & REGULATIONS

Event Time: 10:00 AM

All participants must arrive on time. Late entries will not be permitted and may be disqualified from the event.

Participation Guidelines

No Street Racing: Anything that happens on the roads surrounding the event reflects on the event itself. Keep the speed for the track.

1. Car Arrival & Lineup

• All cars must arrive at the venue and be positioned in the lineup before the designated start time.

• Vehicles arriving late will not be allowed to participate under any circumstances.

2. Participant Limit

• Each car is allowed a maximum of 2 members including the driver.

• No additional individuals will be permitted inside the vehicle during the event.

3. Identification & Serial Number

• Each participating car will be assigned a unique serial number.

• The serial number must be clearly displayed throughout the event for identification and judging purposes.

4. Performance & Safety Rules

• Drifting, stunts, burnouts, and other performances must be carried out strictly according to the assigned serial number order.

• Performing out of turn will result in immediate disqualification.

• Drifts, burnouts, or stunts are allowed only when instructed by the event coordinator.

• Unauthorized performances or unsafe driving will lead to immediate disqualification.

5. Damage & Responsibility Clause

• Any damage caused due to stones, debris, contact with other vehicles, or any unforeseen incidents during the event will be the sole responsibility of the respective car owner.

• The event organizers will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or personal property loss during the event.

6. Mandatory Acceptance

• Participants must formally accept and agree to all the above rules and regulations before entering the campus.

• Vehicles will not be permitted inside the campus without prior acceptance of these rules.

7. Result Declaration

• The decision announced by the Show Representative/Judging Panel will be final.

• No objections, disputes, or questioning regarding the results will be entertained

Participants are required to obey and cooperate with the police and bouncers on duty
